Salon Policy
Confirming, cancelling or rescheduling an appointment
Changes to the appointment time or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the actual appointment time so that I can fill that appointment. Otherwise, a cancellation fee will be applied depending on the service booked. No-shows will lose the deposit.
Deposit
To ensure your service is available on the date and time booked, we require a deposit of $50 for a haircut & blow dry and $100 for any other extensive service, such as colouring, foils, balayage, keratin smoothing or hair Botox. This deposit will be deducted from your total when you pay in full at the end of your appointment.
Consumer Guarantees
Your satisfaction is my ultimate goal. I always provide a consultation prior to your service and make sure all clients leave the salon 100% satisfied. I pride myself on quality work, quality products, and a highly trained hairstylist. However, if you are unhappy with the end result for a reasonable reason, I will invite you to come back, have a chat and see what can be done at no extra charge. This is strictly within 7 DAYS of your visit. This does not apply to change of mind as this will be charged. Please return within 7 days and we will discuss options to fix the issue. After 7 days, I will be unable to provide any service without further additional costs.
Pricing
Prices vary based on your hair density, length, time and the result you are asking for regarding the starting point of your hair. To get an accurate price you can contact me or book an in-salon consultation for technical work.
Booking time
Please arrive 5 min before your scheduled appointment. If you are lost or running late, please call the salon. Arriving late may result in your allocated time being reduced, or I may not be able to perform your appointment in the time remaining. It is essential that you contact me if you are running late so that I can try to accommodate you.
Privacy
The Privacy Act 1988. The Privacy Act contains a set of standards for the handling of your personal information known as the National Privacy Principles (NPPs). I will never share your private information with any individual or company unless where permitted or required to by law.
Client liability & Personal Items
It is the client's responsibility to inform me of any potential issues that could arise from previous allergies or known reactions to products or ingredients. I recommend skin tests for colour services (first time) 48 hours before application.
Please also note that personal items are the responsibility of the client at all times. I do not accept responsibility for any items lost in the salon.
